Job Description

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Provide professional product consultations and promote products to achieve sales goals.
  • Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and promotions.
  • Identify sales opportunities and confidently close sales transactions.
  • Monitor best-selling products and key product features to maximize sales performance.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure the showroom or sales area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate, or Diploma qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or related industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Sales-driven with a positive attitude and passion for achieving targets.
  • Familiar with computer systems and basic sales software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attractive remuneration package with Basic Salary + Monthly Sales Commission.
  • Willing to work 6 days per week.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Candidates with experience in building materials, home improvement, tiles, or sanitary products will have an added advantage.
