Conduct Safety Induction for employees and relevant personnel.
Coordinate OSH activities with branch Safety & Health Committee (SHC) Sub-Committees.
Coordinate and support the Annual Fire Drill.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of HIRARC.
Conduct and assist in Incident Investigation and preparation of investigation reports.
Maintain and support ESH system manuals, procedures, ISO and ESG-related documentation.
Monitor workplace conditions and recommend appropriate corrective actions for unsafe conditions or practices.
Coordinate and support OSH implementation across branches and inter-company operations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including PMT/PMA for air compressors, Diesel Permit with KPDN, Truck Mounted Crane and other applicable requirements.
Support the implementation of OSH programmes, initiatives and compliance activities.
Perform other ESH-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in OSH.
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Familiar with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967 and other applicable OSH legislation and requirements.
Computer literate with good documentation and reporting skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 37001 will be an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel locally when required.
Willing to work 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday Off).
