Last week, we conducted a basic TikTok training session for our branch staff, aimed at encouraging them to create authentic and engaging content that showcases their branch activities, our products, and the company’s values.

We’re pleased to share that the session was a great success. It not only equipped our team with practical content creation skills, but also sparked genuine interest in using social media as a tool for sharing knowledge, highlighting in-branch experiences, and building stronger community engagement.

As we continue to grow, empowering our people to be confident digital storytellers is an important step forward — and we’re excited to see more content coming directly from our teams on the ground.
